Critical Resource Optimization in Project Management: Positive Psychology in the Workplace

Presented by Jocelyn Davis

Dinner Meeting (Fruitland, MD)
The science and application of positive psychology (the science of human flourishing) hold some of the keys to unlocking project success. Learn what science knows that will help you improve your individual performance and that of your team members: employee engagement and enhancing key performance metrics; the three key characteristics of high performance teams; supporting creativity and innovation in the PM workplace; sustaining performance in high stress work environments; the key drivers of motivation (it’s not what you think!), and more. Join us for an engaging, interactive learning opportunity. Leave this meeting with ideas you can put in practice tomorrow.
