Lunch Meeting (Columbia, MD)
The PgMP® credential is PMI's newest credential specifically developed to recognize the role of professional Program Managers and Directors in the betterment of global and national business. The PgMP® credential itself recognizes demonstrated experience, skill and performance in oversight of multiple related projects that are aligned with an organizational strategy. Professionals carrying the PgMP® designation are responsible for the coordinated management of multiple projects and for ensuring the ultimate success of a program. Candidates seeking to earn the PgMP® credential will be internationally recognized as professionals with the knowledge and experience to deliver the strategic objectives that enhance business results. Therefore, candidates for the PgMP® are those with not only the responsibility to ensure the ultimate strategic, financial, quality, and business success of their programs, but also to those who are capable and reliable business professionals who make/modify programs, contracts, strategies and make decisions that advance strategic and business objectives.
Do you define and initiate projects and assign project managers? Oversee multiple projects? Have responsibility for strategic success through your programs? Conduct the activities above?
If so, you may be a great candidate for the PgMP® credential!"
