Selection Criteria

Merit

  • Candidate is enrolled / Planning to enroll in a project management related curriculum

  • His / Her cumulative GPA (High School GPA for entering college freshman)

  • SAT score

  • Essay Paper (500-1000 words, not to exceed 1000 words)

  • Letters of Reference

This document will be a key element in the scholarship selection criteria. The essay should focus on answering the following questions:

 

The PMI Baltimore Chapter membership is dedicated to the field of project management and has a vision of advancing project management practices. What is your view of project management? How have your past experiences influenced your perspective and what will your future education contribute? How do you see yourself contributing to the project management profession in the future?
